The extract from the seeds of African mango that grows in West Africa, has the ability to inhibit the production of fat in the body due to exposure to certain genes and enzymes that regulate metabolism.
Such a conclusion was made by scientists from Cameroon. The study was attended by approximately 100 people with excess weight. Subjects were given an extract of mango twice a day for 10 weeks. At the end of the experiment the weight of taking an extract of the seeds of African mango has decreased considerably, for a total of 12 kg. In addition, the extract reduced cholesterol and blood sugar..
